Blue Bay strongest performing growth suburb in Central Coast real estate
Residents of a Central Coast beach town will be anything but blue to hear that they are currently residing in the strongest performing growth suburb in the region.
CoreLogic data has indicated a 39.3 percent increase in a 12 month period for the picturesque Blue Bay, which has a median house price of $1.337 million.
The town became a million dollar suburb in July last year and currently has the fourth highest median price on the Coast following Matcham, Mangrove Mountain and Somersby.
Long-term results are even stronger, with an increase of a whopping 83.8 percent in three years.
Even in the past three months during a cool in the market, the growth percentage is 4.3 percent.
